Happy New Year

The first day of the 2014 was deliciously raw --with a few family gathering exceptions added.
The morning was a hemp milk cappacino, followed by a kaleicious smoothie. I slipped for a second to eat a sliver of a Kringle and then it was back to raw. Two lasagna rolls and a kale salad for lunch. A delicious veggie burger with veggie cheese resting upon a slice of whole grain bread marked dinner.
Snacks were few for family time: homeade popcorn with a slather of organic butter.
All in all it was a good first day of the year!
