New Years evening was replete with delicious whole food plant based dishes including these delicious raw lasagna rolls. It was a hit for the whole family!
For the Marinara sauce I added 5 or 6 Cherry tomotoes -- this really added to the flavor.
The Spinach Walnut Pesto is good when mixed with the other ingredients -- my next lasagna rolls I am going to try the basil kale pesto I make with Pine Nuts.
