Chia Chi-wow-ah!


I started combining the delicious ground seed mix from Jennifer Cornbleet's recipe and created this amazing power breakfast that keeps you full and energized for hours! Enjoy!

2-4 Tbsp of Chia Seeds

2 Tbsp of ground seed mixture

2 tsp of Maple Syrup

1 Tbsp of Raisins

1 Cup of Hemp or Almond Milk

Fruit of your choice

This is the perfect morning meal! It delicious, economical and packed with Protein, Omega's, Vitamins, Minerals, Aminos, and Fibre. Chia and Hemp seeds are also touted to not only give you sustained energy, but also stabilize blood sugar, help prevent diverticulitis, cut cravings, fight anti-aging and best of all "lose weight!"

Try it and let me know how you feel! This has become my favorite breakfast meal and I can make it in less than 5 minutes--as long as your pre-make your ground seed mixture and have your Almond or Hemp milk (recipe on this site) on hand.
