The good news is Bulletproof Coffee is not just a type of coffee but a recipe:
8-12 oz of Your Favorite Coffee, hot (brewed, Kureg, Nespresso, etc.)
1- 2 Teaspoons of MCT Oil (Purchase online or at health food store like Whole Foods)
1- 2 Tablespoons of Ghee or Grass Fed Butter (KerryGold from New Zealand is less costly)
I suggest unsalted butter and putting in a pinch of Grey Celtic Sea Salt or other mineral salt.
Sweetner? I personally don't use a sweetner but if you may. I recommend a stevia, xylitol, erythritol, or monk fruit. They are compliant to the RegenerateMeNow up and coming protocol.
Place all ingredients in blender and blend for 30 seconds. Pour into your favorite coffee cup and enjoy
